This includes all content, whether initially transmitted as part of the BorderWalker service or transmitted by any subscriber, user, or other individual. Menagerie Publications's rights in all content as set forth above include the rights in all underlying intellectual property such as copyrights, trademarks and designs. In the case of works created by and Copyrights owned by any party other than Menagerie Publications, those parties are listed as such on BorderWalker in the relevant locations, and all the rights attributed to Menagerie Publications listed previously apply in kind to these external parties.

*(Excluded from these statements of copyright and trademark ownership are logos, images, and references to properties owned by third parties, as described in the section entitled "Statement of Third Party Intellectual Property and Relationship Rights" below.)

2. Since all content, by virtue of Paragraph 1 above and without regard to its source, is the sole and exclusive property of Menagerie Publications, you agree that such content may not be retransmitted, downloaded, reproduced, broadcast or displayed without Menagerie Publications's written consent. Under no circumstances can you use any content for any commercial or promotional purpose without Menagerie Publications's written consent.

3. Since all content, by virtue of Paragraph 1 above and without regard to its source, is the sole and exclusive property of Menagerie Publications, you agree that any and all messages, comments or other contributions made by any subscriber, user or other individual having access to BorderWalker are the sole and exclusive property of Menagerie Publications. This includes any messages, comments or contributions contained in any Chat Room, Message Board or other location and any messages, comments or contributions contained in any E-mail. You further agree that, since all messages comments or contributions are the sole property of Menagerie Publications, Menagerie Publications may use or reproduce any such messages, comments or contributions, for any purpose including for promotional or commercial purposes. Creators submitting project proposals, when doing so in the manner described for submissions elsewhere on this site, retain all relevent copyrights to their ideas.

4. Under no circumstances does your use of BorderWalker form any relationship, whether implied or express, with BorderWalker or Menagerie Publications, Menagerie Publications hereby disclaims any such relationship, and hereby disclaims any liability arising as a result of its use of any content, including messages, comments or contributions, contained on BorderWalker.
